 Covington Power Services provides quality service at an economical price to our customers who operate our products. Our customers can receive service at any of our well-equipped facilities. To better service our customers, we have nine (9) parts / service facilities located in North Carolina (Charlotte, Greensboro, Wilmington, Beaufort and New Bern), in Tennessee (Kingsport, Knoxville and Nashville) and in Ringgold, Georgia. Our parts and service personnel are craftsmen who have been factory trained on all products. The craftsmen have passed an entrance exam and sustaining exams to maintain membership in the Guild sponsored by the manufacturers whom we represent.
Covington Power Services is the source for your warranty and service requirements on all of our products. Parts availability questions are answered quickly with computer connections between all locations.
We have engine and transmission service facilities to provide service on all types of equipment, including trucks, buses, boats, industrial equipment, and generators. We also provide field service. Our fleet of service trucks, several equipped with cranes, can respond anywhere, anytime.
Nobody does a better job of training than Covington. Our Training Program consists of trainers who have attended all factory service training schools and have more than 50 years of experience working with engines and transmissions. They provide factory quality training programs for our people, keeping them current on what's new in product, processes and procedures that can help improve customer service. Also, they work closely with our dealer organization extending factory-type know-how to dealer sales and service people. Training also extends to customers - whether they use one or 1,000 units.
