Primary responsibilities include developing strategic sales and marketing plans in order to grow Covington’s presence in the On-Highway after-market parts and service segments; supervise outside sales force; collaborate with inside parts sales personnel to effectively support outside efforts and grow overall parts business and negotiate with suppliers to source products; develop marketing campaigns to increase market awareness of Covington and its products and services.
This position reports to the President. Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum 10 years industry experience in a retail after-market sales and parts environment and successful track record of growing sales, marketing products and managing a workforce. Incumbent must live in or be able to relocate to Greensboro, NC
